Led by the charismatic Flash Melvin, who handles vocals and percussions while serving as the leader of TopSecret, the band has been captivating audiences for over a decade. 

Flash Melvin, a true music aficionado, founded Flash and TopSecret over a decade ago, drawing inspiration from the rich musical heritage of Dayton. Grounded in the traditions of funk and soul, Flash set out to create a band that would pay homage to the legends of the genre while infusing their own modern twist. His commanding stage presence, percussive talents, and soulful vocals are the driving force behind the band's electrifying sound, captivating audiences and keeping them grooving to the rhythm.

Flash and TopSecret's performances are a fusion of funk, soul, and R&B, blending the classic sounds of Barry White, Will Downing, Earth, Wind & Fire, Ohio Players, and the soulful Motown hits with their own unique energy. Dallas Webster, a gifted guitarist and vocalist, joined the band, bringing his versatile voice and immense musical talent to the forefront. Dallas's ability to interpret hits by KEM, Anthony Hamilton, and Earth, Wind & Fire adds a contemporary touch to the band's repertoire, ensuring that their music resonates with audiences of all generations.
